I believe next week, rain

At 7:08 pm, raining with lightning.

It missed us again here in NENJ, it stayed to our west

Same here yesterday it was dark around 6 o’clock but then the sun came back out I was hoping for a thunderstorm nothing crazy today is not a bad day even though it’s hot It’s not too humid and so far it has been a great June so far

This is nothing compared to what a real hot spell can bring.I remember one year, maybe 1965, there were 15 days or so in a row in July or August with 90 plus temps and high humidity.I fried an egg on the roof of the family 1954 DeSoto and got chewed out by my Dad.It left a permanent stain,LOL.

Sunny and warm right now.Lawns drying up all over.

Trust me Janet I hate this weather too I love the fall Specially when it’s cooler and crisp at night Leaves are changing. It has been that hot Lately but the humidity is terrible especially when I’m working on it I have no AC yet at my job site the sweat coming out of my hard hat and mask is unbelievable stay safe drink plenty of water and stay cool

STAY SAFE....I am not working in it so really I have no right to complain....lol..please drink lots of water and stay safe!! hopefully summer will not be like this the whole time!

ha ha...that is funny, but not funnly....I know our lawns are already looking a bit brown.. stay safe in this heat...one day closer to fall...

frank 638, Make sure you drink plenty of water and take some breaks.I always for bad for outdoor workers in extreme heat or cold.Whatever you are doing, thank you for it keeping things running during these hard times.

Good way to look at it,Mom. The days are getting shorter as we speak, even though barely noticeable.Glass half full says in three months it is September 23 , a few weeks after which we can get our first snow flurries.After last winter's bust, we are due for more snow this year.

ha ha it better be better!!! we only got 2.5 inches of snow the whole winter!!!

A lovely 72 degrees. It thundered and rained last night. A surprising half inch. It could have been very early morning. I woke up and saw lightning and rain but I don't have a clock in the bedroom (retired and I wake up early anyway, just not at 3 am) and I was too lazy to get up and check. Talking about lawns and now my perennials, I rarely water because everything is mulched. The grass in front is the leach field. If I do water, I pump it out of the stream because a 1.5 hp shallow pump with a 20 ft lift is better than using the house well. Works great. The garden loves it.

We are dry as a bone, headed or in drought territory. It feels like soup air right now, god aweful humid. Trying to keep AC off as much as possible but with the stress I am under not being comfortable compounds things even more. I see its go be staying in the 80s 90s for a while, 80s i can do with no humidity 90s even dry is too hot for me.

Cloudy very humid the couple sprinkles that’s about it. I was hoping to get a good thunderstorm for today it looks like it’s going to be a bust but we definitely need rain it hasn’t rained in weeks many trees and grass are turning yellow and brown and I was looking forward for a thunderstorm today

Torrential rain here from 9ish until 2:30. Something like 3 inches but no wind

Well laying by the Pool in Stillwater NJ at 1190 feet altitude and trying to stay properly Hydrated,  the sun just went in for the day I think ?  Anyway some really cool clouds just rolled in, maybe someone can say what kind they Are ?

I listened to that fight on the radio, think it was 1963.It was blacked out on TV.Cosell was a character for sure,LOL.Reminded me of Walter Winchell.

Two T Storms this afternoon.First torrential downpour and pea size hail like brownie reported above.A little later, a mild one, some rain and thunder.

wow ur lucky nothing for my area 2 storms were north of my area with some thunder no rain the second one went south of my area with some thunder and little rain that’s it
