Re: 02/14 Godzilla Storm Part 2 Obs. Thread
Just turned on my spotlights to see how hard it was snowing and saw a flying squirrel in my bird feeder. I don't know how he can fly around in this weather. He must have good GPS. lol

I am familiar with Abbott and Costello as I use to watch them on PIX11 I believe on Sunday morningsdocstox12 wrote:Nujerzeedevil....to you from one of my favorite people from the distant past, Bud Abbott...."May you live as long as you want....and never want as long as you live!"
Looks like snow taking over now.I've got golfball size flakes coming down.
And of course I got the Twilight Zone reference as well

You were right on the money! The exact same thing happened in Mahwaha few minutes ago.Someone flipped a switch and I went from heavy sleet to heavy snow.
What an incredible weather phenomena to observe from 12 midnight last night to now!

Does anyone have a current radar? It feels like it's about to break but light rain continues to fall here

ULL is taking a very long time to pivot east. I think good banding still exists. Also looks like the dry slot is filling in and people slowly switching to snow. We could really get anywhere from 1 to as much as 6 inches. All depends on banding. I don't think I can stay awake to see where it sets up. Lol

You're right but you are making money! Gotta make it when you have a good winter like this. Those bust years, like a few years ago don't help the cause for you.
Stay safe!

I could imagine that rain would have equaled 2 feet of snow! It was insane, I just hope it can dry up a bit in the AM going to put all my stuff in dryer now. Bridge is closed really only way to highway.

That's good !! Reports are things are backfilling in nicely with some moderate to heavy bands in SW PA which will rotate up this way.
