My major concern is that due to all the rain and most sidewalks have 1/2 inches slushy watery ice and will they freeze overnight to become a ice skating rink tomorrow. I really should have taken today off and not yesterday (Thursday, it is after midnight lol)

I think I'm going to get more snow from this ULL than I did with the 1st round this morning. It is snowing so hard I can't see across my yard to my shed 60 feet away. Truly amazing.

Moderate snow.Have picked up about one inch sleet/snow since the start.Total 14.5 for the storm so far.

Great, SNOW.I think that map earlier today showing the areas west getting slammed with the second round were right.

temp started dipping fast down to 30.9 now from 33 about 20 minutes ago. Seen some flakes/sleet back and forth.

I don't know if you really want all of this snow Doc. You may need more than a few drinks after you get done shoveling this because your back is really going to be killing you. LOL !

Know it well.I fish the Delaware River by the Broadhead Creek where it spills into the Delaware near the old railroad stone abutments.

Great for trout in April and smallies in the spring and fall.Got a buddy with a cabin off Coolbagh Road

My buddy has a cabin near there.There are a bunch of mailboxes and you turn in there.He is an old frat brother of mine and a bunch of us have been going there since 1988 for fishing, poker,beer.We go to Floods in East Stroudsberg.

We used to go to Pecks Pond but it got so overgrown with weeds.

Hey, that new flyover they built makes it easy to get to Coolbagh from Route 80.That crazy zig-zag turn on 209 would hold up traffic there.

I know just where your talking about. I moved here in 1986 from Parsippany. My wife and I were tired of living in an apartment. Houses were cheaper here so we went West. I've been commuting back and forth to the Parsippany area for work for almost 30 years now. It's a hassle sometimes, but I do love living here so that makes it all worth it. Now I'm rambling.

Snow is moderate now. Looks like I have one more heavier band headed toward me and that should be it. From what I see on my table on my deck I think I got 10" more so far. Franks forecast was right on the money for total accumulations. And just think my neighbor laughed at me when I told him what frank had predicted (15-20 possibly 2 feet). I bet you he won't be laughing anymore especially when he's shoveling it tomorrow. Good night all.

Everything here is covered in a coating of ice now, with snow starting to mix in, about 40/60 snow and sleet.

No power, no internet and I still can't sleep. Just keep staring out the window at the intense snow band that just keeps pouring snow. Easily 6 inches in the last 3 hours. Wish I could tell for sure cause it may be even more. Tomorrow morning should be interesting. Final tally should be pushing 20 at this rate. What a fun and weird storm. Incredible.

CP Wow you did great What a wild an crazy storm I did good 1st part got 10" I just didnt like losing any from the rain I thought i would get something toniite but it wasnt to be Now our eyes are on Sat Boy 6 would be real good
