I am sincerely flattered to have been asked to be a citizen of this fabulous island. I am a bit confused as to Mugsy post concerning handling my coconuts. Do you mean each coconut separately? Because that's the only way you could. I think of SNOW MAN as the Knight Templar of this little island and sincerely wish he was here.  I need a dragon slayed by Tuesday.

Taffy, please consult "coconut handling" in the OTI rules and regulations for Citizenship, page 38, paragraph DD to answer this vexing question.

SNOW MAN is a founding father of the Island and Mugsy feels an extension of more time should be granted in order to allow him to conduct his mainland business and make a visit here again. Please weigh in on this decision as CP has confiscated SNOW's worldly possessions here and wants to auction them off.I would grant SNOW more time as would Mugsy.What say ye? I'm sure your request for dragon slaying would be taken up forthwith and carried out to your satisfaction.

Very disturbing news regarding the name change. So ex King Mugsy who is also the acting Director of Immigration and Tourism decides to defy a Parliamentary order and refuses the change. I believe this Moderator thing has gone to his head, or has Queen Star? Enough speculation there.

With no alternatives other than starting a separate "Off Topic Island" thread which would cause commotion and confusion among the masses, I will for now appease the difficult ex King as Chamberlain tried to do with Hitler. However my patience does wear thin. It is better that the Churchill within me remains there, for now.

Taffy regarding your reference to Snow Man I agree wholeheartedly. I believe in Chapter 5 of our tale, Snow Man was made a knight, and I believe I referenced him as the Knights Templar of our Island. Your knowledge of our history is impressive. Should the Queen be worried?

After perusing the  the OTI rules and regulations for Citizenship, page 38, paragraph DD I understand that the Snow Queen has the option to check all coconuts of the islanders, if that is their wish. I am going to opt for the Snow Queen to handle my coconuts at this juncture. I say yea....SNOW MAN should be given a very liberal pass to handle reality..I mean mainland business. The Snow Queen need not worry. I'm here partially to save on retirement funds.

This is so friggin' classic I have no words.

Amazing recall of OTI history demonstrated by Taffy shows she will be a solid Citizen of this Island and I would even venture to elevate her to "Founding Mother" status as we want to be fair and equal to all here at OTI.

Passed by OTI Parliament 2/14/15 Anno Domani on the anniversary of Saint Valentine's Day, we hereby decree that SNOW , Knight Templar par Excellance , shall have as much time as he deems fit for conducting whatever Mainland business he finds necessary.CP will surrender the goods of SNOW which will be held in the OTI Reserve Bank in escrow until SNOW returns to the Island.Taffy's vote for leniency carried weight amongst the delegates of Parliament and her great empathy will hereby be recorded in the OTI Book of History.

The ongoing name change controversy has not been decided as of yet and I suspect many late night sessions of Parliament will be in order to hash out that decision.We have the CP and Mugsy Lobby's both screaming in our ears in this matter.

An uneasy calm on our island paradise this morning.

The name changers are planning revolution now that moderator Mugs is rejecting the democratic process. I'm trying to assuage the mob but it's getting ugly, this may be something I started that has gotten out of my hands. I already saw non citizens collecting sharp twigs, bamboo and fists full of sand. Where is the knight templar when we need him? Taffy may be helpful but I don't know how well she handles a tree branch. Doc is a typical politician, great with the speeches but fades during crunch time. I'm glad I'll be away for the next 24 hours. I fear what I may find on my return.

Disquieting to say the least, murmurs of revolution abound.I will try to divert mainland visitor attention to the impending "snowstorm" and pray the storm turns northward to divert Islanders and Visitors attention from the current Parliamentary spat as a result of your insistence on a name change for the island which I cautiously agree on.I suspect taffy is a veteran of controversies such as this and will conduct herself in an exemplary manner thus elevating herself to higher positions of office forthwith.

I must now go out and conduct opinion polls on the natives and visitors as to how to proceed on name change mechanization.I will try to convince everybody to put down all weapons of mass destruction, ie: sharp twigs, bamboo and fistfulls of sand, and try to resolve this in a peaceful manner.

Gentlemen,

After considerable thought I feel that a peace need be brokered with any that would grab weapons available to them..ie, branches, sand, bamboo etc. Nothing is more annoying than a fistful of sand to the eyes. Be assured that I can handle many different weapons when push comes to shove. I wield wonders with my broomstick and am now training a platoon of crabs to bite the toes of any invaders that would break the peace. As far as a name change to the island, I feel I am too new to the island as a citizen to be heard on this subject.

OMG Doc where do you find and how do you remember these things? Attack of the crab monsters, the blob, the first and the original night of the living dead. I watched the reruns when my parents would leave me alone at night, when they would go out when I was probably 10 or 12 as parents would do back then, now of course they would be arrested, and those movies would scare the crap out of me. When you look at them now you can't believe how fake they look.

I'd love to see a remake of attack of the crab monsters but done by Steven Spielberg and George Lucas.

There have been mentions on OTI of possibly re-instating you as Snow Weenie King this coming Nov 1.After all, it was you who produced Queen Star whose reign as Snow Weenie Queen beginning in late January has produced at least an average amount of snow with record cold.Your re-instatement would be on a conditional basis, that if you haven't come across by january 15th, 2016, then your candidate mentioned above,Alexis, would replace you.All this still far in the future, but we at OTI Parliament like to project ahead with five year snow plans so as not to be blind sided by current events.

Funny as always Doc, yet disturbing.

Lots of work today so I don't have time to answer in detail. Just know 2 things.

1. The Name Change party is growing by the day, and there will be no rest on OTI until there is a vote. They are having a tea party on the south beach today for a petition signing. As a reminder to all residents and visitors the South Beach is clothing optional, but socks must be worn, and not on the feet, if you plan on signing the petition.

2. The Queen is loyal to her budget Director even when he is laid up, poor choice of words, for the time being.

6 days in a boot and 36 to go. Maybe less with good behavior.

The OTI Bureau of Investigation has the documentation to prove the REAL reason you broke your foot!
