Snow is going to begin piling up between now and noon. Watch temps plummet into the 20's -- I am still on board with 6-10 for the city. Radar looks awesome.

Light to moderate snow here. 33* very little accumulation. Sidewalks coated and sticking in patches on side streets but main roads just wet. need temp to drop a couple degrees and snow intensity to kick up a notch.

30.7, 65%, 29.83 R and light snow. Maybe 1/2 inch. Radar does look pretty good now.

It looks like the H3 jet streak is a tad further north than originally thought. Frank or Ray wouldn't that reduce some of the forcing over most of our area?

34* mod snow..just starting to coat some cars, trees, ground is wet. I think we need a very heavy burst of snow like over 1"/hr rate or temp drop another 4* - 5* to get this snow to pile up.

Just got home from work. Intensity of snow dropped drastically as i went north through Putnam. Not snowing here now just a coating on the ground.

No, that's a good spot. If it was directly over our area that's when its unfavorable.

By this aftwenoon, it should be overhead and thats when wave 2 is expected to hit

its been snowing now for 3 and a half hours and i have a half inch so far. snowing real good now and 31*. it is going to have to stay at this rate all day to get to 6". i'm expecting 3" hopefully I end up with higher total.

Tonight they will be complaining about not getting a phone call until 4:30 AM putting everyone on a delay or closure.

I think CNJ easily exceeds six inches and Franks map is spot on for our area!
