If they are getting measurements from Upton, the data is a few hours old...just checked it a little while ago and the last reports they had were from noon-2:00

Unofficial obviously, but pretty accurate, imo. Open, but wind shielded. 20.5 in west orange.

Re: January 23, 2016 Roidzilla Observations
May I say, in the prior spirit of Doc and CP, this winter is over. I have thrown in the towel and never expect to see snow again. Here in northern Orange County, I rip my heart out and hold it up for everyone to see. I am a broken man, without snow, and my life is over. Everyone, please send condolences.

Hard to say Jman. These bands flare up and remain stationary for hrs sometimes. Hard to say if this particular one ends up your way.

The Great Blizzard of 1978 Still Stands Number 1 in Deer Park!!
It snowed for almost 3 days and we ended up with 34 inches of snow with winds gusting to 70 mph. I think the 26 inches in 1996 may stand as well as we are at 19 right now. But this was a great storm, great job forecasting this guys!
