Beautiful Day for field day!!!

an absolutely beautiful day today I hope the whole summer stays like this 76  deg not a cloud in the sky heading home from work and on my way to the Yankee game let's go Yankees let's make it for 5 wins

what an absolutely beautiful day!! could not have asked for a better day!

Picture perfect day out there today.  Because of the high visibility, I went to the observatory at the top of One World Trade Center today.

Weekend looks solid. Clouds by mid morning tomorrow with scattered rain and storms in the afternoon. The front should clear by early evening and cooler temps follow. Sunday is dry and sunny. Next week looks dry too with the return of 80 degree wearher, especially after Tuesday.

Cnj snj will have a chance at a possible severe storm later on today say between 4-6.

Yeah, looks like the worst will be south of me, don't think LI will get in the action either. Just depends on who sees how much sun.

4k nam has strong to severe thunderstorms moving through New York City area between 6 and 8 p.m.

It is getting humid out mostly cloudy and 78 deg

Been cloudy here all morning due to the MCS passing just to the north but full sun now, 78*. Hoping we get some good storms later.

Went from 74 to 84 within around 30 minutes since the sun came out.

IMO this has more of a chance of being ugly than last sunday. Its bright sunshine and humid. Parameters for severe weather are rising, CAPE bulk shear which is quite high NYC are 40. Cape around 500 so far in NYC and that was a quick spike from earlier. Will be interesting.

are there storms still coming..doppler radar looks quiet...but it did get really warm outside!! currently 89*

i just watched amy freeze she said tonight storms looks less likely due to the day time heating and the humidity . the radar looks quiet

Temps shot up the last 45 mins to 90+ as clouds increase with some sprinkles. That seem odd.
