Light snow still hanging around here. Wind finally picked up a little. Nothing overwhelming, but enough to get the branches swaying lightly.

Moderate rain mixed with sleet and wet snow now.
If this had cold like what is coming Friday we would have has 2 days of snow!!!

From stem to stern I got an inch of slushy snow. It was real hard to get the driveway cleared. Heavy stuff to sniwblow. Winds were timid and it did not rain much. Today it was cloudy and misty. I count my blessings seeing the damage the storm caused elsewhere.

Light snow still hanging in there. I'm surprised it's lasted this long. A few models had it pulling out late morning. If memory serves, the GFS was the one that had it lasting the longest.

How much snow/sleet etc have you received?

Right now there are about 3-4 inches of excellent packing snow on the ground.

Geez we got a little over 4 inches of sleet here 200 miles to your southeast. What a weird storm no rhyme or reason.

The rain here lasted at least 4 hours longer than modeled. I went to bed thinking it wasn't going to change over at all so I'm not complaining.

Yeah the heavy rain keeps coming, now mixing with sleet at times.
Today is much more rainy than yday/night.

36 degrees. Raining steadily here in Syosset with big wet snowflakes mixing in. Lots more precipitation rotating in. Are we in for an interesting night here?

33 and heavy snow here. Just got home from my job in Kingston and hit heavy snow and horrible roads the entire way. A 35 minute ride took an hour and 10 tonight.

we added another .30 to the bucket(TOTAL so far 3.06) and we had some sleet a little while ago for 20 minutes... currently 39* winds out of the north at 14 mph...
