Hey Al I do not get it, we have had a high wind warning since 1am last night now extended to 6am, yet it is calm as all hell out, just nasty 37 degree rain, i would think it would at least be sleet. Whats up with the winds, does anyone have the soundings for my area because the wind just must not be mixing down or it hasn't arrived? It was windier in central CT at 1pm than it is here, i mean its deal calm, -1mph lol. It is not a great storm of course but I was at least hoping to see some good winds.

Driving home from Union County to Bradley Beach (4:00pm-5:00pm drive) there was a major change in weather over the Driscoll Bridge. At times I barely had my wipers on, but when I was out of Union County it was a downpour. The ocean is considerably higher and winds are howling. Hope to share some pictures later.

Outside of what I think is a warm nose at 850, I can't make any sense of this.

I can't make sense of a high wind warning with calmer day than a sunny wind free day.
