Apologies to both but I’ll be A little late. Should be there about 5:00. Was on the mainland briefly this morning and had to shovel out of the pattern change about to happen there any year now.

The sooner they all accept the death of winter as we know it, the better they will all be. F the MJO, SWE, Volcanoes and HOPE. You can lose your mind hoping for things that don’t exist.

Damian you can be our new Directory of Security? We haven’t  heard from the former Director, snowman, for about four years. Or you could be the Director of tourism? We haven’t heard from Taffy our Director of Tourism for at least a couple of years since her move to Massachusetts. Or you can just be a tourist, take your pick. I’m sure the Director of parliament would not object to either of the three.

Also in the future we should be back using the OTI main thread. Since Bill G cleaned up all of the radiation it is safe, and OTI has annexed OOTI so they are again one.

I have met Damian on the Mainland, a fine gentleman , and whatever he decides to be here is fine with me CP.We have the steadfast solid trio of Cp, Billg and myself that has been here through hurricanes, ion storms and massive radiation.Would be good to add Damian to the OTI Team.
I also noticed that the distinguished Doc aka Sroc paid us a fast visit recently as I think the frusration with the mainland models has finally sent him into nearly "flipping lid"mode. Don't be shy Doc, come and join us at the Coconut Lounge and we will cure what ails ya! Then when we get a significant snowstorm this season, you can say it was the result of visiting OTI.You know CP,Billg and I will be taking credit for that,LOL!

I will be taking a break from the Mainland and OTI for a bit. I thought I'd go back for a week or two to my old stomping grounds on the breakaway Republic of OOTI.  It's a part of OTI again, but still has that renegade feel to it.

Having created OOTI several years ago, I feel free here to create my own laws without having to run them through Parliament, and my good friends that still visit, Docstox, Billg, Damian, and Doc (Scott)

f curse y gd friend I'll be happy t help. I will als teprarily suspend the rule banning the letters M J and O on OOTI to make for easier communications on the island.

Considering I'm probably one of the biggest agitators on the Mainland how can I refuse any pleas for help. Even though I myself have sworn off Winter and any trips to the Mainland I can't seem to stop doing one or discussing the other.

I have been teetering on the edge of Winsanity the last month or so and I may need a few return trips to the sanitarium myself, however I'll try to hold off on that until the current crisis has abated.

The Weather world is all excited about the cold and snowy pattern change setting up for Mid February to Mid March. These always seem to be 15 days away. Will it happen? As the old saying goes even a broken clock is correct twice a day. We take your advisement seriously here at OTI and will have a special meeting of Parliament on how to deal with the probable massive influx you warn of to OTI and OOTI.You have done amazing work at OOTI helping alleviate the influx here at OTI as all our sectors were overwhelmed after the catastrophic month of December on the Mainland.In any event, our Treasury is just overflowing with a massive surplus .We never have deficits or,horrors, DEBT like incapable politicians on the Mainland do.
