That certainly is a milestone for the project.Good thing people are willing to go back up top and work in the building after what happened.

I read a fact that the old World Trade Buildings had finally been fully occupied shortly before they went down.It took 30 years for them to be rented fully.Hope that doesn't happen to the new building.

It really is a beautiful structure.Passed by it leaving on a Bermuda cruise this year and it is magnificent.Glad to see the area back on it's feet and rebuilding.

Cooladi, That was awesome and put my crappy day into perspective. So for that thanks. I agree with Frank if you can take a pic from the window, maybe after there is a snowy view, that would be great.

I am so glad that wonderful people like yourself, cooladi, are going to work in the magnificent new World Trade Center.It's not only courage but to me, it's sticking a big middle finger up in the air to the cowardly bastards that murdered so many of our folks including the wonderful police and firemen.To them, you are honoring, by going back to work at the new Center.Hey, Frank's right, I can't wait to see some pictures where you work!

Hey thanks docstox. Posted a link to photo out of my window in other thread showing lowering clouds. My camera does the view no justice. Definitely here to quietly honor those who sacrificed so much, and of course to earn my humble living. Keeping the middle finger aspect of this close to the chest, don't want to attract the wrong kind of attention...

Happy belated birthday Doc. I'm sorry I didn't wish you happy birthday on Saturday, but I've been going crazy trying to clean up my yard and also putting my Christmas decorations up. I know I know it's kind of early to be putting up Xmas stuff out, but I go to my mom's all next week to spend Thanksgiving with her and put her Xmas stuff up inside and outside. Hope you had a nice birthday. Talk to you soon.

Thanks, SNOW, for remembering.I'm all for putting Xmas decorations out early.It's a lot of work and the season flies by so fast.

Nice to see you helping out Mom, I do the same with my 94 yo Mom, spending 2 days and one night helping her out.She's independent living in the old house 58 years.

Just want to say my 9 year old daughter and her friends in the neighborhood raised money today for Santa Toy Drive which was started by a local guy who goes by on facebook as Bobweathermanburger. He is really good and has a lot of followers if anyone is interested check him out he does a lot for the community ever since Sandy and he knows his weather too
