I wouldn't give up in on northwest suburbs from getting a good thump of snow the Euro came in with 2 in in Manhattan 3 to 4 and Southern Westchester and north of Route 80 in northeastern New Jersey and 6 to 10 in from Rockland County Orange County in northwest New Jersey

There's definitely cold air filtering into the area. Dew points have dropped by 6 degrees or so within last 5 hours to around 22 with air temperatures in low/mid 30's. It will make for decent over running initially.

we w/o t even see it with the flooding rains coming this is just adding insult to injury now we gotta deal with several inches of freaking rain. But Monday its going to be 0. I swear u can't make this up. Everyone did their best trying to forecast this and I appreciate your work.

I was holding on to maybe getting a couple hrs of all snow to now its maybe a brief mix to plain rain

It definitely it laughable, models are so ridiculous. When I was a kid when the weather men said we get a foot of snow it happened.

Nope and 3km just came in with zero frozen precip for us, going to be a nice wet rainstorm, havent had any of those recently should be nice (biggest sarcasm ever).

The 850 keeps moving NW. The NWS now predicts almost .1" of ice all the way into Binghamton.

I don't understand why the National Weather Service won't cancel the winter weather advisory for the city because the temperature is not going below freezing and if it snows it's not going to last another losuy rainy night
