Ahhhhh exactly what I said to my friend. The last upgrade after Sandy showed its vulnerability and even this past fall with storms and temperatures. The variability is going to be even more IMO since it will be more sensitive to the readings and data. Also, I'd like to see teh physics that are implementing as well and what they are taking into consideration.
Alaska is getting absolutely smoked with brutal cold adn snow as is Scandinavia region and the North to Central Tier of Russia and China.
Who controls teh Natural Gas that flows into Europe............Russia through I believe its 5 pipelines. Shame on them for putting this into the hands of Putin (ex KGB man and don't forget that, sure as heck he doesn't). Nuts n Bolts they're screwed (catch that little mechanical saying!) this winter and beyond if they do not rectify this.

I don’t think they’re changing the physics scheme, mugs, but I could be wrong. But I agree, I wish they’d just leave well enough alone. If it ain’t broke, they shouldn’t fix it lmao
I staying out of the politics, though

The “Tri-State Tornado” was likely just surpassed by the “Quad-State Tornado”. What a day (and it’s not over).
— Victo☈ Gensini (@gensiniwx) December 11, 2021
Tri State Tornado had 219 mile path length and 695 deaths. These tornados not even close to its league.

Still in shock and awe at the longevity of the quad-state supercell last night. While this map shows approximate start and end times of the mesocyclone, most of it's life cycle had an extremely violent tornado, particularly between 1z and 5z. pic.twitter.com/Vnpx4ZSWBr

Not yet Doc but my weather club at school that I run will be setting something up this week if you'd like. Part of our mission this year is to help those who have suffered loss from extreme wx, planetary events
