I also have a fiesty 10 year old in 5th grade, my ebay store etc etc.
So onto the medical, I am diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and finally took the plunge to try and treat it as incomfortable as the damn masks are. I tried maybe 10 plus years ago and gave up. I am on day 3 right now and so far I have been able to push through the minimum 4 hrs and according to my app even got a little sleep. I am exhausted because I am getting used to it but I can tell with a full nights sleep I will be top notch. I already was more productive today than in a long time. Though being tired, I was much less forgetful, had no migraines in the AM and less brain fog. Second maybe 6 mos ago I damaged my Right arm rotator cuff (no idea how) and put it off just dealing with the pain. I finally gave in and started PT about 4 weeks ago and what a difference! Sadly I only have till the 31st 2x a week, but they gave me a lot to do at home (granted I have been a bad boy with that one, though I did just finish my exercises for today.)
SO I am starting to feel a much happier person and glad to be a part of this big goofy bunch of weather nerds lol, all in good fun!

Urgh..horrible..
Go out and get a Navage. Use it every night and add a few drops of 10% iodine. Just a few drops though. Light light tea color.
It is banter so if needed respond over here. A neti pot is a passage lavage. The Navage system is an active lavage. It will force the soln through and actively suck it out. The neti pot relys on gravity alone. Good luck. Hope you feel better.

Excellent video and thought provoking.
Nikola Tesla was a genius who had this down with the design of that small machine that picked up the natural vibrations and magnified them to the point where they almost brought down a building. His idea for transmitting electricity wirelessly was truly amazing.Doc, is that Tesla Tower still up in Long Island? That's where he planned to send electricity over to Europe. What a pity that idea never panned out.
That idea on plants is interesting as well.Read many years ago of an experiment done with two plants and three guys. The two plants were together in a room and one guy was picked to go in there and rip one plant to shreds in front of the other.A micro amp measuring device was inserted either in the soil or stem of the surviving plant. When the one guy was brought into the room who "murdered" the other plant, the meter took off.It had not registered when the two innocent guys came in.Energy, vibrations, geometry.
Those water crystals were snowflakes I guess.
I think one of the biggest tragedies of the last century was Tesla dying destitute in some fleabag NY City Hotel. His AC current idea, which Edison rejected, changed the world starting with the Chicago Exposition of 1893.

That tower in LI was torn down in the 50's.
There is so much more about Tesla, the man was a visionary and brilliant. He was not one of them, Rockefeller, Ediosn, Ford, Morgan, Carnegie etc etc so they had to destroy him which they did financially and psychologically.

amugs wrote:Tesla revolutionized our world. Upon his death which Edison and the Cabal at the time orchestrated, they took all of his files, tens of thousands of ideas, inventions, from the New Yorker Hotel Room where he last lived and died in and never to be seen or found again. He invented AC current and he worked for Edison for a short stint when he told Wdison his DC current was not sustainable over distances. Edison in a market ploy, brought in woman and children and investors, bankers ,politicians and electrocuted a female African Bull Elephant to show the dangers of AC current that Tedla was touting. Tesla had JP Morgan as his backer but once he witnessed this he pulled his backing.

Doc and Mugs the tower and building you’re referring is still standing, although I’m sure it’s a replica, thanks to a complete renovation of the grounds only about 2-3miles to my west in Shoreham. I’ll snap a picture of it. My buddy is one of the architects on the project actually. A lot of asbestos in there so things are slow go. I’ve seen some of the images from the run down insides of the complex. Pretty incredible. There are a couple of buildings on the grounds and my buddy was able to walk in the tunnels that connect them. Pretty cool stuff.
