If it is, it’s just a stray flurry/snow shower - the column still has to saturate quite a bit before it really gets going.
I think you answered your own question hahaha 7-11”
I have to STRONGLY disagree with you here RB.
Jman is in Yonkers, southernmost Westchester, which is a stones throw from Central Park, maybe 7 miles geographically speaking. Don't lead him on thinking he will get 7-11 inches of snow. If he gets 2-4 there it will be a win IMO. If he gets more that would be great.
Just trying to save you from unrealistic expectations Jman, Drive safe.

Hey, that’s my forecast, but you’re totally entitled to have your own yours has much more model support than mine does in that specific location, but I’m playing a hunch based on my analysis from this whole week and more specifically last night, which has been discussed as nauseam. We’re gonna see how it plays out in the end, whether tears of sorrow or joy haha

Re: JAN 6th-7th Storm Part II
not expecting that. For now nws says 2 to 4 and honestly with how much my shoulder still hurts i wont b able to shovel. Ill just be happy to see it snowing. If i was feeling well id be much more ramped up. Pain kills all fun. Trying to drive just leaving. Not go be easy task. Reaching forward or up are the most teeth gritting right now though it is improving.CPcantmeasuresnow wrote:rb924119 wrote:jmanley32 wrote:yeah i saw radar not moving in until this afternoon. Based on my stuff from last night, I’d even say the -3 contour. But honestly, it’s so hard to try to figure out lol I’m actually at work so I can’t really do much else other than to say that it would fit with our discussion up to this point. Now it’s just time to see what happens lol

I got 10 inches on March 14th last year, not expecting to beat that but who knows.
That snowpack lasted three days, about what I'm expecting from this one.
