currently 32 winds from the north at 14 mph and pinging just stopped...silence

It's got to be crazy dynamics in the atmosphere with that band. Huge flakes in midtown with sleet mixed in.

I give up on trying to figure anything out at this point. lol. I'm hearing what sounds like rain, but I believe is sleet pounding the side of my house, but seeing the largest snowflakes known to man outside. It sounds like its raining, but its not. I looks like its all snow, but its not - because snow can't make that noise against my house. My snow accumulation is somehow increasing now probably around 6". One minute I have no wind. The next minute the wind is whipping my shutters. What in the Wide World of Sports is going on here? lol.
