LMAO, J Man.That would be the ultimate payback that sign of the candidate you hate hitting your car! That's only a joke, may it not be so.Hope your wife gets home safely.

I know it sounds ridiculous but every 45 minutes I'm adding on 2". It sounds like bs but I'm going to post pics. The same vantage point as an hour ago and judge for yourself.

Re: January 4th Mothrazilla: Final Call & Observations
Still in the 25 dbz snows but now right on the edge of the 30 dbz band. I'm eyeballing 3 additional inches so far as Doc would say, on top of the 3 we already had OTG.
17.2 and heavy snow.
17.2 and heavy snow.

Jimmy, it's not ridiculous at all.In the snowstorm of February 1983, it snowed 3 inches per hour for 6 straight hours without let up.You could literally see it with your eyes accumulating. These snow bands do crazy things.I believe you!

I may be like Charlie Brown with the football but this band looks like it could make it here. If it does I may end up with a good hit out of this storm yet.

Oh, ok aha I thought you were well ahead of me and I was about to cry lol This place is a snow hole as it is, anyway :/ Probably mid-afternoon, like 2-4ish? I haven't been following details too closely since I didn't put out a forecast.
Geez you had 26 inches in Fishkill in the blizzard last March. How quickly we forget.
Nah not here where I am lol 21" and it turned to slop for the last few hours. But I didn't really care because I was in NEPA where we got 27" hehehe but in most events we get shafted here rom my experience so far.

Looks pretty good to me CP.6 on the ground right now.If we get 6 new inches from this storm which was only said to be around an inch by the NWS a few days ago, I'll be happy. We have more snow coming Monday CP, up here it will be all snow.

Total whiteout here wind driven heavy snow can't ask for better than this eyeballing it very tough to measure 5 to 6in so far if these bands keep rotating in I should see double digits here
