Hold the phone. Back to heavy snow here. Cold air beating back that changeover.

Measured about 1-1.4" so far. Have to find a good place to measure at my new apartment. 31* and falling with a winds from the north. Mugs and I are holding back that r/s line!

Yup all rain right now. I lived here for 26 years and when it snows in Manhattan and Central and northern New Jersey It always snowed here. All rain now had about a 1/2 hour of light snow at 3:30.jmanley32 wrote:Msinly rain now. 0 accumulation rb. Not even nws was right with 2 to 4.
Can anyone with more knowledge than me Please explain what happened.

Looks like the temps in your area are at 35* or so, warmer than here, I'm at 31*. The radar shows snow by you so it must be melting on the way down. I googled that GIF, so not sure exactly but it is Star Wars. The force is with us! lol

It's been all snow here in Eastchester near Scarsdale. Eyeing about an inch with snow sticking to the side streets.

Rain/snow mix here in New Rochelle, no accumulation, don't expect any for the rest of the storm, let's see how long we can extend this snow drought, on to the next!

I lied. Back to snow in midtown with heavier precipitation. When it's light - it's rain. A wet mess outside.
