Frank, fyi, entering this storm, Central Park, NY was 34.2" away from breaking the single-season snow record of 75.6" from 1995-96. If the snow banding shapes up strongly, do you think it can even get close to that number. I mean 12/26/10, Elizabeth, NJ had over 30" and from "Nemo", Hamden, CT had 40". And even if they don't, could CPK hit 60" for the season with this storm?

frank i think some of that band is sleet on radar. The rain snow line should stop moving north according to those futurecasts. Or do you think it will just changeover sooner because it started sooner?
