Lee was just on if you saw it he was even more depressing listening too..with new info he says sharp cutoff north inland is there and 6-12" 35% chance we all see it

The new EURO model that is taking over this spring and entirely replace the current model shows a storm coming up the coast.

Extrapolated most likely yes. NAM doesn't go out far enough though. 18z GFS coming in now..about 24-30hrs out so far.
