Same here about 6 inches and coming down nicely, wind is picking up as well, temperature steady at 24F. Nice band over us.

Oh boy, it has really picked up here almost white out conditions, this is one of a monster storm. If it keep snowing like this, I think it will be over 24" here in CNJ.

wow, heavy snow, white out conditions, strong yellow band of heavy snow just sit over us and keep dumping. This is absolutely amazing. The storm has not reached to its potential yet and we are seeing this. Tomorrow will be fun. I am going to bed now. See u guys tomorrow morning.

Watching the radar, saw a long west to east line of heavy snow, traveling north, passed NJ and now into NYC. Intensity of snowfall increased here for about 20 minutes. Nearly 2" on the ground.

24* moderate to heavy snow with low visibility. Breeze picking up a bit but no real strong winds yet. I expect winds to pick up around mid morning. Plows out working hard but everything is covered in a nice layer of white right now.

Philly is reporting 29 mph sustained winds with 39 mph gusts. So the winds should be picking up here soon.

So it's looks like Staten Island is going to get a shit load of snow. I'm ok with the snow but the wind is my concern don't want to lose power have a 11 month old baby. Think I will pack up and go to a friends house.

Guys, it is snow like crazy here I just heard a loud thunder and snow rates may be 3"/hr. The wind has picked up significantly. A giant is roaring up. I have 3-4 feet of drifts in my patio. This storm is something.
