dear lord another minimum Godzilla do any other models have this. I love how u already moving onto the next when the worst of this is still yet to come. Blitzing here again!docstox12 wrote:Frank_Wx wrote:hyde345 wrote:Just so you guys know where the northern cutoff is it is over my house in Hyde Park NY in Dutchess county. I am located on Hudson river in central dutchess. I have had just a few flakes so far but 20 miles or so south it is snowing pretty good. It sucks but I knew this could happen.
Mother Nature tends to even things out. This is what the 12z Canadian is showing for next Friday, just 6 days out. Incredible. I'll have a write up in the long range thread tomorrow if this still looks like a threat.
Saw Joe Bastardi report on the Neil Cavuto show the other night and he called for two or three of these beasts due to SuperNino.

Maybe inland snow showers but it looks like an ordinary arctic front. Friday is the day to watch.

Frank. Seems like central Long Island is a bit light in intensity and has been for a few hours. What's your thoughts

I like Rutgers. You can change it to gusts on the left

Its possible but quick glance pattern doesn't look as favorable. Anyone who wishes discussing this storm please do so in long range thread.

Just went out and measured on my while to shoveling out my dryer vent. Measure three different spots... 12", 13", and 15". Drifts were up to my thighs, so I would guess about 3+ feet.

Have to be approaching 1 foot soon.
Can't see anything outside, and it's not even that windy. Very heavy snow.
