Thanks!! Yeah, earlier on when I made it, since it was only based on the data through 12z, I wasn't confident enough to carry the 12-18" through central Jersey. After seeing tonight's runs I probably will, and will also slightly expand it slightly on the western edge. I will also probably add a 18-24"+ shade in there when I do my final map tomorrow. Think the 6-12" and lower amount ranges are still looking to verify well (so far). I have to look at everything tomorrow once it all comes in haha

00z NAVGEM is north

The NAVGEM and UKMET show almost a foot for NYC.
I can't make it for the EURO. But it should be interesting.
Will update tomorrow!

I might be wrong but I think this very thing happened in the February 1978 snowstorm that had been expected to drop 24 inches plus in the area I was living in, Ridgefield Park NJ, but a last minute "trnsfer of energy" occured and it stopped snowing completely with only about 10-12 inches while RI got blasted in the 30 inch range.

Looks like all of the ensemble runs have the low jumping to just off the coast between hours 18 and 24.
